How to request a refund
Email info@draftsignal.ca from the address used for your DraftSignal account. Include the purchase date and, if available, the Stripe receipt or invoice reference. Never send full card details.
What happens next
- We review the request and process an eligible refund to the original payment method.
- Your paid DraftSignal entitlement is revoked when the refund is processed; your passwordless account may remain available.
- We send confirmation. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears.
- A full refund includes the applicable taxes charged on the refunded purchase.
After seven days
Requests outside the seven-day window are reviewed when required by law or where there is a duplicate or unauthorized charge, a failure to deliver access, or another exceptional circumstance. This Policy does not restrict any mandatory consumer right, cancellation right, legal warranty or chargeback remedy.
Fair use
The policy is intended to let a customer evaluate the digital beta without undue risk. To the extent permitted by law, we may refuse repeated refund-and-repurchase patterns or fraudulent requests. We will never use this clause to remove a non-waivable legal right.
