Terms of Use

By creating an account, purchasing access or using DraftSignal, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service and beta status

DraftSignal organizes data, projections, notes, team context and opinions to support fantasy-football decisions. The Board and model evolve: rankings, projections, features, sources and availability may change as injuries, transactions, roles and other information develop.

DraftSignal is an information and decision-support product. It is not financial, legal, medical or gambling advice. No outcome, ranking, profit or performance is guaranteed.

2. Account

Your personal account uses passwordless access through a secure code sent to your email. You must protect that mailbox, provide accurate information and promptly report unauthorized access. You may not transfer, sell or share your account or access.

You must have legal capacity to contract. The service is not intended for children under 14.

3. Founding Beta offer

• Price: CA$24.99, one-time payment, plus applicable taxes.
• Digital access is delivered after payment confirmation and entitlement activation.
• No automatic renewal.
• If a future monthly plan launches, an eligible purchaser receives the first three months at no charge. No future launch, price or date is guaranteed.
• Stripe processes payments; DraftSignal does not store full card numbers.

4. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after purchase. Access is revoked when refunded. See the Refund Policy. This policy does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.

5. Licence and prohibited uses

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service. DraftSignal, its brand, interface, model, readings, compilations and original content belong to 9559-3828 Québec inc. or its licensors.

You may not share or republish the Board, extract data at scale, automate copying, resell content, bypass access controls, reverse engineer the model, or use the service to violate rights or security. Brief quotations remain permitted where allowed by law and properly attributed.

6. Sources and third parties

We may use public data, suppliers, documented observations and third-party services. Information may be delayed, incomplete or corrected. Stripe handles payments; Cloudflare provides hosting and security; Resend delivers email; Google Analytics may measure use only according to your consent choices. Their outages may affect the service.

7. Availability, suspension and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, sharing, abuse, security risk or legal requirements following reasonable review. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will be communicated where required by law.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DraftSignal is provided “as is” and as available. 9559-3828 Québec inc. is not liable for lineup, draft, trade, waiver, betting or other decisions made using the service, or for indirect losses. Where a monetary limit is legally permitted, total liability connected with the service will not exceed the amount the user paid for the relevant access.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory Québec consumer rights.

9. Sale or reorganization

9559-3828 Québec inc. may operate DraftSignal within a division, reorganize its business, or assign the product and these Terms to an affiliate or successor as part of a sale, merger or reorganization. Any transfer of personal information must comply with law and the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and language

Québec law and applicable federal Canadian law govern these Terms. Courts with jurisdiction in Québec have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights. French and English versions are available; the French version prevails in case of inconsistency to the extent permitted by law.

11. General

If one provision is invalid, the others remain effective. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form the agreement governing the service.
